Your cleaner brings the equipment and products needed for the clean. Please tell us about any product preferences, allergies or sensitivities before your clean so we can discuss suitable products and precautions. If you would rather we use products you already have at the property in Melbourne, just let us know.
Is there a minimum booking or cancellation policy?
Bookings run for a minimum of 2 hours, scheduled daily, weekly or fortnightly to suit you. If plans change, we simply ask for 2 days notice to move or cancel a visit.
