Your cleaner brings the equipment and products needed for the clean. Please tell us about any product preferences, allergies or sensitivities before your clean so we can discuss suitable products and precautions. If you would rather we use products you already have at the property in Brisbane, just let us know.
What are your booking and cancellation rules?
Bookings run for a minimum of 2 hours, scheduled daily, weekly or fortnightly to suit you. If plans change, we simply ask for 2 days notice to move or cancel a visit.
Can I trust the cleaner coming to my property?
All cleaners are police checked before starting work. For NDIS participant services, the office confirms the applicable worker screening requirements before arranging the clean. Our cleaners are fully insured and trained to work respectfully at your property.
